Runway is the ongoing site maintenance, optimization, and marketing services branch of EYStudios. Runway is designed to meet the consultative eCommerce needs of merchants with anything they may want to do. This program is customizable and allows you to pick and choose the services you need while keeping all work on your website with one agency.
We saw the need in the eCommerce world for more than just an agency with a few developers and designers. We saw that our market needed services such as content creation, management, social media integration, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, etc… So we ramped up Runway to be able to provide it all to you while still having the transparency of working with a singular agency.

Each service includes testing, edits, and a feedback process that will be outlined by your Runway team headed by your digital account manager. If you have any questions or need anything added to your services at any time your digital account manager can make it happen.

Pricing for Runway services varies depending on the project and what is needed. Development and design are typically hour-based while marketing services are package-based. However, everything about Runway is meant to be flexible to your needs so just reach out about any budget concerns and we can help you work up a plan. We even offer tons of ways to make the process even smoother including hour rollover, overage hours, and month-to-month contracts.

What If I Need A Full Site Created As Well?
EYStudios loves creating new BigCommerce and Magento websites for our clients. And we love it when they transition to Runway afterward! During the full site project, you’ll have a project manager that takes you through every step of the process. This project manager will work based on an agreed-upon scope and help get these objectives completed on time and successfully. Once the site goes live, we’ll have a transition call that will go over your goals for the new site. A digital account manager will be working internally with your project manager to get a good understanding of your site and business throughout the site build process. This digital account manager will be your point of contact going forward.
